The most important factor for good foam is the use of fresh and cold milk. The milk should be taken straight out of the fridge and frothed immediately. The colder the milk is, the better. We recommend a milk temperature of around 4-6℃.
After use, the milk should be quickly stored back in the refrigerator. It is important to pay attention to the level indicator and never exceed it.
