A. Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal Notice
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Meama GmbH, Hauptstraße 61b/3, 3001 Mauerbach, Austria, Tel.: +436643953540, Email: support@meama.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who at the time of contract conclusion do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of contract conclusion are outside the European Union.
