What do I have to do if an ordered item is missing from my delivery?

In this case, please send a message to support@meama.at and we will ensure that your ordered item gets to you as quickly as possible.

What do I have to do if I have received an item that I did not order?

Then please let us know sending an email to support@meama.at. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

What should I do if an item is damaged?

If the item you ordered has a defect, contact us at support@meama.at and ideally send a picture of the defective area. We will then ensure that you get the product replaced quickly. If the item is no longer in stock, we will refund you the amount of the item.

What do I do if I want to return the item?

Then write us a quick message at https://meama.at/pages/retouren, pack the product in the original box if possible and send it back to us with insured shipping.

If I have returned something, how do I get my money back?

Once we receive your returned package, we will refund your money immediately. In the same way you paid with us. This means that if you paid via PayPal, we will also refund you the money via PayPal.

Who pays the shipping costs for the return?

If you want to return something, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time.
