Shipping & Delivery

The shipping costs are a flat rate of EUR 7.90 and are charged for every delivery if the order value is less than EUR 100.00. For orders over EUR 100.00, shipping is free!

Delivery time?

As a rule, the delivery time is 3-5 working days. Only in a few exceptions does delivery take a little longer. You can see the exact delivery time in the respective product, in the shopping cart and in your order confirmation.

Will I be informed about the delivery?

Yes, as soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a notification from us with a GLS tracking code. You can use this to track your shipment.

May my billing address differ from my delivery address?

That's no problem at all. Simply enter the relevant address as the billing address and delivery address during the ordering process.
